Job Purpose
The Project Specialist at ARIBA plays a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This position involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and documentation. The Project Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, and contribute to the overall success of project delivery.

Job Description:
Project Coordination and Documentation
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication among team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Resource Management:
- Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor resource utilization and report potential issues to the project manager.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular project status reports.
- Support in addressing inquiries and concerns from team members and clients.
Education Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
